If you are booking your next consult with an independent doctor, you will see the option to select any doctor in the drop-down list in the mydoctor tab (or doctor tab on mobile), under the heading Choose a practitioner. The independent doctors manage their consultations through Halaxy software.
If you book with a different independent doctor through myeden, they will have access to the notes from your previous consultations and aim to make your consultation experience seamless. If you book a consult with an independent clinic, please contact them directly to book the same doctor.
