All deliveries require a signature and photo ID as proof of delivery.
If you are not home, StarTrack will take your package to your local post office for collection.
You will need to present your photo ID with your full name and address details to collect your parcel.
You can also have your order sent to a Parcel Locker. Simply update the delivery address at checkout with the Parcel Locker details.
