The myeden telehealth service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm AEST.  You can see doctor availability by logging into myeden and checking the booking calendar via the My Doctor tab.

Prescription validation takes up to 1 business day.    Any delays to our standard validation time will be communicated via phone or email.

You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days.   This includes a 1-2 business day dispensing time for the pharmacy to dispense your medication, and 2-5 business day shipping time for StarTrack to deliver the order.    You can access your tracking details via the Order History tab in your myeden account.
